Ahmad Hidayat is the Head of Commercial at SLOW, focusing on sustainability and impact across climate, nature, and farmer livelihoods. With over 20 years of experience in specialty coffee operations and management, Ahmad has demonstrated expertise in developing award-winning coffee programs throughout Southeast Asia. They hold certifications as a Q Grader and International Cup of Excellence Judge and have served as a judge in various national coffee competitions. Ahmad's previous roles include Regional Director positions at both Latorre & Dutch Coffee Asia and Colombian Exotic Coffee, as well as consultations for numerous food and beverage establishments. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and RMIT University.
