SLS Arts was founded in 1959 by Ralph and Shirley Seelig, naming it after their 3 children: Sam, Linda, and Stanley. Ownership remained with the family until SLS Arts converted to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP.”) in 2022. Our ESOP acquired 100% of the stock of the company and now SLS Arts, Inc. is EMPLOYEE-OWNED!
