Martin Talvari

Martin Talvari is a multifaceted entrepreneur and producer with extensive experience in fostering connections between diverse ecosystems. As the Founder and Producer of 1XO since 2016, Martin is developing an innovative platform set to launch soon. Martin also founded Falkventures in 2022, aiming to facilitate collaborations between the Slush region and the GCC region. A contributor to Slush since 2013, Martin played a crucial role as Chief Strategy Officer in establishing Slush.org, which has become one of the largest entrepreneurial movements globally. Additionally, Martin is a Foundation Member of the UAE-Estonia Business Council, focused on strengthening bilateral business ties. Martin previously founded and led the tech festival Myriad in Australia, securing significant government funding and attracting 10,000 attendees in its two years. With a solid background in engineering, Martin has held roles in various organizations, including structural engineering and software development, complemented by advanced degrees in Civil and Structural Engineering from Aalto University and Tallinn University of Technology.
