Douglas Fox

Douglas Fox is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in warehouse management and logistics. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at SLWM since March 2021, Douglas oversees all aspects of warehouse operations and inbound/outbound logistics, handling over 200,000 outbound orders annually and contributing to $250 million in annual sales. Prior to this role, Douglas was the Warehouse Manager at Bunzl Distribution NA, managing operations across two locations and servicing over 300 clients with a fleet of 18 tractors and 36 trailers across six states. Douglas also held the position of General Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc., where responsibilities included ensuring the on-time shipment of over 8,000 orders daily and improving operational efficiency. Earlier in career, Douglas served as the Distribution Center Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Douglas holds an Associate's degree in Business from the University of Maryland.
