Pat Lytle

Mr. Lytle was appointed Vice President—Chief Accounting Officer and Controller in April, 2021. Since November, 2018, he served as the Company’s Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Lytle has held roles of increasing responsibility since first joining the Company in 2007, including Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and Assistant Secretary of the Company. Prior to that, he was the Director of Financial Planning and Financial Reporting. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lytle was an Audit Manager with Hiratsuka & Schmitt, LLP. Mr. Lytle is a certified public accountant in the State of Colorado.
