Ma. Ruby S. has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for Mindanao at SM Supermalls since February 2003. Prior to this role, Ma. Ruby held various positions including Human Resources Manager at CEPALCO from February 1997 to February 2003, Personnel Officer at the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation from September 1989 to May 1996, and Personnel Administrator at the Office of the President from January 1987 to September 1989. Ma. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas.
