William Pool

William Pool has over 30 years of experience in the IT and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Sr. Delivery Engineer and previously as a CI & Packaging Engineer at SMA Technologies since October 2010. Prior to this role, William held the position of AVP of IT at People's Trust Federal Credit Union from December 2005 to October 2010. William's earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Network Technician/Manager at T.C. Computer Service, Inc. from August 1996 to July 2005 and as a Software Developer/Asst. Network Administrator at Pennzoil Company, Inc. from September 1991 to August 1996.
