Currently serving as the Executive Director of Labor Relations at SMACNA, Watson leads labor management efforts and negotiations while overseeing company programs and policies. Previously, Watson held the position of Director of Labor Relations at SMACNA from 2005 to 2020 and worked as an Associate/Lobbyist at Carmen Group and a Legislative Assistant/Lobbyist at the Association of American Railroads.
