Small and Mighty Group exists to inspire and lead the future of business.

We work shoulder to shoulder with leaders navigating growth, complexity and change. Our role is to bring strategic clarity while staying deeply connected to the realities of each organisation, from boardroom decisions through to delivery on the ground.

Small and Mighty Group combines strategy with hands on execution. We help leaders shape direction, focus on what matters most, and turn intent into action. The work is practical, grounded and designed to hold, not just to look good on paper.

Our engagement model offers a low risk alternative to employing additional staff during periods of transformation. Every engagement is led by one of our Directors, Tara James or Torben Soelvsteen, supported by a purpose built team with the skills required at that moment. We manage the people, coordination and delivery, freeing leaders to stay focused on their wider responsibilities.

Where deeper support is needed, Tara and Torben step into interim C level roles to help guide change from within. This allows momentum to build while capability is strengthened internally.

Our focus is on the priorities that make the biggest difference. We align strategy, leadership and capability so progress is sustained and organisations are better positioned for what comes next.

Small and Mighty Group works with medium to large organisations across Australia and internationally, supporting leaders who want to build businesses that perform well, lead responsibly, and stand the test of time.
