Jana Mills

Jana Mills is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in digital marketing and leadership. As the co-founder and Executive Director of Small Axe since November 2011, Jana has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's vision. Formerly, Jana served as an Email Marketing Executive at Save the Children, where notable achievements included doubling open and click-to-open rates. Prior freelance work in digital communications and a prior position as Communications Officer at Justice Arts Education further highlight a versatile skill set. Jana holds a B.A. (Hons) in Politics & International Relations from the University of Kent, earned between 2006 and 2009.
