Jonathan Stern

Jonathan Stern is the Chief Growth Officer at Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, a position Jonathan has held since 2024, where they collaborate with senior leadership to execute business development strategies and manage operations and marketing communications. From 2001 to 2023, they led marketing and business development at the largest private finance intermediary in the nation, significantly expanding its national debt origination business. Previously, Jonathan worked in capital raising, investor relations, and marketing communications at JER Partners, and began their career at Citigroup, covering technology, media, and telecommunications. Jonathan holds an A.B. in Economics from Vassar College and is actively involved in various industry organizations, including serving as Vice President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York.
