Small Kitchen Big Taste (SKBT) is a boutique caterer based in North Haven, CT. SKBT is raising the bar when it comes to designing, planning, and catering events in CT, RI, and NYC. Fresh, beautiful, unfussy but delicious food, combined with real, honest-to-goodness hospitality and service, is pure magic. At SKBT, we customize our events and menus based on the season, your venue, and your vision. No two people are the same. So why should menus and events be? We go back to the drawing board each time, and the results speak for themselves. Designing menus, creating a vision, and getting a real sense of our clients make this whole thing exciting, and reignite our passion for what we do – each and every time we sit down with a new client.

Need an event designed and catered to your taste? We got you. Reach out to our team and we'll get started. We cannot wait to work with you!
