Small Talk Therapeutic Services is a Philadelphia-based early intervention practice offering speech, occupational, and physical therapy for children from infancy through school age. We are a values-driven team of dedicated professionals who believe that therapy should be compassionate, inclusive, and empowering—for both children and their families.

At Small Talk, we center our work around acceptance, kindness, open-mindedness, playfulness, and support. We recognize that families are the true experts on their children, and our role is to partner with them through a collaborative, holistic approach to care.

What sets us apart:
- Strength-based, child-led therapy sessions
- A commitment to neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care
- Integration of evidence-based and sensory-informed practices
- Ongoing collaboration with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams

Our mission is to support each child’s unique journey with compassion, curiosity, and clinical excellence.
