Small Victories Wellness is a group psychotherapy practice with growing locations across the state of CT. We are committed to serving children, teens, and adults with a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, major life transitions, relationship concerns, worthiness, and shame resilience. We are also one of the few practices in CT that offer workshops and events on The Daring Way™, a methodology based on the research of Dr. Brene Brown.
