Domitille LAMBERT is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer care and product management across various luxury and retail sectors. As the Head of Customer Care at Smallable since June 2020, Domitille oversees a team of 6 to 10 employees, manages customer service outsourcing, and focuses on continuous improvement of customer experience. Prior experience includes roles as a creator and entrepreneur at Made by Cézembre and significant positions at Hermès, where responsibilities included managing after-sales service for leather goods and product lines, overseeing teams, and reporting on key performance indicators. Domitille's diverse experience is further supported by educational qualifications including a Master's in International Luxury Marketing from ISTEC Paris and a degree in International Business from Université Rennes 2.
