Hailey Hakeman

Hailey Hakeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and sales management. Currently serving as Senior Ecommerce Manager at SmallBatch Pets since April 2025, Hakeman previously held prominent roles at John Masters Organics from August 2018 to April 2025, including Director of Sales & Marketing for the Americas and Europe. In this capacity, significant P&L management and strategic growth initiatives were executed, notably through a comprehensive overhaul of Amazon operations which resulted in substantial year-over-year growth.
