Manu Rathi

Manu Rathi is a quantitative finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and financial research. Currently serving as the Director of Research at Windmill Capital, a subsidiary of Smallcase Technologies, Manu Rathi focuses on the application of Generative AI and machine learning to enhance user behavior analysis and system development in financial research using Python and Excel. Previous experience includes a role at Quant One Technologies Pvt Ltd, where Manu Rathi specialized in quantitative value investing and initiated a unique quant and fundamental approach while working on capital allocation and risk management using Java and R.
