Smallops is a company specialized in technical and operational excellence for biogas plants.

We combine expert process knowledge, experimental rigor, and advanced improvement tools to bridge the gap between laboratory data, technical interpretation, and the reality of plant operation.

The problem we see in the sector:
Many plants live with recurring deviations between what is characterized, what is expected, and what actually happens during operation. This gap translates into variability, reactive decision-making, gas loss, and excessive dependency on key individuals.

How we work:
Technical-operational diagnosis · Review of laboratory, BMP, and decision criteria · Operational improvement plan · Validation pilots · Recurring support.
When it adds value, we integrate advanced process tools, including nanoparticles, within a broader control and operation strategy.

What sustains us:
+20 years of experience · +500 laboratory analyses · Cross-functional work between analysis, process, and operation.

If your plant is dealing with variability, doubts about substrates, or deviations between BMP and operation, let’s talk.
