Ayla El Assaad

Ayla El Assaad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Since 2021, they have been working at Smallpdf, where they started as a UX Writer and was later promoted to Senior UX Writer. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, Ayla worked as a part-time Freelance Writer and Content Developer, being self-employed. Before that, they worked at AllDetails ME from 2011 to 2019, holding various positions including PR Account Executive, Senior PR Account Manager, and Group Account Manager.

Ayla El Assaad completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communications, with a specialization in Print and Online Journalism, at Goldsmiths, University of London from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Social Research at the same institution from 2009 to 2010, with a focus on Sociology.

In 2019, Ayla attended the University of Oxford, Department for Continuing Education, where they studied Writing Fiction, although the duration of the course is not specified.

Additionally, Ayla obtained a certification in English Grammar and Style from edX, offered by The University of Queensland in Australia, in May 2020.
