Silvan Jegen

Silvan Jegen began their work experience in 2011 as a Postgraduate Student at Novartis Pharma AG. Silvan then transitioned to the role of Service Manager from July 2012 to December 2014. From January 2015 to February 2017, they served as a Computational Linguist at the same company. In 2017, Silvan joined Smallpdf as a Senior Software Engineer, where they currently hold a position.

Silvan Jegen received their Licentiate degree in Japanese Studies, Linguistics, and Computational Linguistics from the University of Zurich. Silvan attended the university from 2003 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Silvan obtained two additional certifications. In November 2012, they became a Red Hat Certified System Administrator through the Red Hat institution. Furthermore, in March 2013, Silvan completed a course in Computer Networks from Coursera.
