Jeff Werner is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the pet food industry, currently serving as the Eastern US Regional Sales Manager at Smalls since February 2025. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Strategic Account Manager at Open Farm Pet and served as VP of Sales - East and Sales Director - East at The Honest Kitchen from July 2018 to January 2024. Jeff's career began with Nature's Variety as Eastern U.S. Sales Director, where oversight included $30 million in revenues, and continued with notable positions at Merrick Pet Care and Aramark. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Penn State University, Jeff has consistently driven sales growth and built strong customer relationships across diverse market channels.
