Remi Declercq

Remi Declercq is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service design, business development, and user experience. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Smals since February 2023, Remi previously held various leadership roles including Vice President and Director of Business Development at Tweddle Group from December 2016 to December 2022. Earlier, Remi was a User Experience Expert for the Belgian Government at Smals and contributed to the Usability Competence Center. As the Founder and Managing Partner at Firefly, Remi specialized in graphic design from July 2009 to December 2016. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Senior Account Manager at Sidare nv and working as a Digital Imaging Specialist at Pixco. Remi holds a Management Programme course from Vlerick Business School and a Master's degree in Graphic Design & Illustration from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
