Max Mitchell has over a decade of experience in technical roles within the HVAC industry. Starting as a Service Technician at AHI Carrier New Zealand from August 2011 to April 2015, Max then worked as a Service Technician at Toshiba Carrier UK Ltd from September 2015 to August 2017. Following this, Max joined Trane as a Service Technician, remaining there until October 2025. Currently, Max is employed as a Field Service Technician at Smardt Chiller Group, a position held since October 2025.
