Javier Molina has over 13 years of experience in the digital marketing and communication industries. In 2007, they began their career as an Art Director at OgilvyOne Worldwide. Javier then moved to Young & Rubicam - Labstore in 2008, where they continued in the same role. In 2011, they joined Adclick, Lda as Digital Marketing & Digital Strategy Director and Head of Digital Publishing & Creative Department. In 2016, they became the General Manager of Impacting.Digital, where they were responsible for the creation and development of the Impacting Group consultancy firm. In 2019, they joined SMARKIO Portugal as Managing Partner & Digital Transformation Director, where they work to define strategic decisions for the marketing automation platform.
Javier Molina has an impressive education history. Javier obtained a Master's degree from Esade in 2020, and completed two Micro-Masters from Boston University and the University of Maryland in 2019.
