Alex Bubier

Alex Bubier is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Product and Privacy at Smarsh since June 2021, Alex specializes in providing business-oriented legal solutions that promote strategic growth, including negotiating complex SaaS transactions and enhancing third-party risk processes. Previously, Alex held the position of Associate Senior Counsel at Foreside Financial Services, LLC, from May 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included offering legal guidance to independent broker-dealers and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements while ensuring regulatory compliance. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Dickinson College and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Maine School of Law.
