Barath Kr

Barath Kr is a seasoned technical support engineer with extensive experience in business critical support and enterprise technology. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer II at Smarsh since May 2017, Barath previously held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer I at the same company. Prior to Smarsh, Barath worked at Actiance, Inc. as a System Analyst from May 2017 to April 2021 and contributed significantly at Dell SonicWall from May 2011 to May 2017 as an Enterprise Tech Support Senior Analyst. In this role, Barath managed SonicWall Unified Threat Management devices and provided solutions during network crises. Barath holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Angel College of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2011.
