Charly Joseph

Charly Joseph has extensive work experience in software engineering and IT-related roles. Charly'scurrent position is as a Principal Engineer at Smarsh, which they started in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Care.com as a Senior Software Engineer from 2015 to 2021, where they were responsible for architecting and coding backend services for various Care.com apps.

Before Care.com, Charly worked at SuccessFactors as a Senior Software Engineer in 2014, where they were the lead developer for the Learning Management System (LMS), delivering J2EE-based talent management platforms.

In 2010, Charly joined NetApp as a Member of Technical Staff, leading the development of SnapCreator, a backup and recovery software solution that integrated NetApp Snapshot technology with applications.

From 2005 to 2010, Charly worked at Huawei, where they had several roles including Technical Project Leader and Senior Software Engineer. During their time at Huawei, they worked on various projects involving Java, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, Hibernate, Spring, Struts 2.0, and Front Controller Pattern MVC frameworks.

Charly started their career in 2004 at Visual Web Solutions as a Software Engineer, working on projects related to internet banking.
