Hari Asok

Hari Asok has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Hari is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Management at Smarsh, where they lead customer briefings and product evangelism for global banks. Hari is responsible for managing product P&L, pricing, and packaging, and also oversees the technical relationship with key ISV partners.

Prior to this, Hari worked as the Director of Product Management at Smarsh, where they led the product management function for a portfolio of products focusing on compliance, governance, and risk management for electronic communications. Hari was responsible for managing P&L, product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and technology partnerships.

Hari also has experience working at Credit Suisse as the Vice President and Group Product Manager, where they led the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for real-time communications and collaboration. Hari played a key role in evangelizing enterprise collaboration practices and driving end-user adoption.

Earlier in their career, Hari worked at Wolters Kluwer as a Senior Product Manager, where they developed and executed product strategy for compliance products and led the launch of key solutions for corporate legal workflows.

Hari has also held positions at Ishi Systems Inc., Fidelity Investments - eBusiness, Batelco, Vodafone (Essar Cellphone), and ACNielsen (ORG-MARG), where they gained experience in product management, business analysis, and market research in the telecommunications and finance industries.

Hari Asok earned an MBA in Technology Management & Marketing from Babson College in 2003. In 2014, they completed a Mini Masters in User Experience Design at Rutgers University.
