John Lemp

John Lemp has extensive work experience in the technology industry. John currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Smarsh since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the CTO and Co-Founder of Privva, Inc., which was acquired by Smarsh in January 2024. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Mobile Posse as the Director of Engineering, and from 2006 to 2016, they held the position of Chief Architect. Before joining Mobile Posse, John Lemp worked as a Software Architect at Publishers Clearing House from 2001 to 2006.

John Lemp has studied Engineering at the State University of New York - System, and Computer Science at Suffolk County Community College. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Introduction to Recommender Systems" from Coursera in 2014.
