Karla Rivas

Karla Rivas is an accomplished professional in the field of application support and software engineering, currently serving as the Costa Rica Application Support Team Manager at Smarsh since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Digital Safe Costa Rica Application Support Manager and Digital Safe Application Support Engineer at Micro Focus, as well as an Application Management Service Delivery Consultant at both DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Karla's career in software engineering began at Elca Bank and furthered at Universidad Latinoamericana de la Ciencia y la Tecnología, where a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering was obtained. Educational background also includes high school studies at COTEPECOS and Ciudad Colón High Schools and training at New Horizons.
