Matthew Shaw

Matthew Shaw is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, customer relations, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Coordinator and Team Lead at Smarsh since March 2020, Matthew organizes and prioritizes various projects, performs quality reviews, and manages customer service initiatives. Previously, Matthew held roles at Avanti Destinations as a Customer Relations Officer, Bloomberg LLP as an Implementation Project Manager and FI Trade Desk Specialist, HSBC Securities as a Bloomberg Admin, JPMorgan Chase as an IT Field Engineer Manager, and briefly at Thompson Financial as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
