Mikhail Paley

Mikhail Paley has extensive experience in the software engineering field. Mikhail is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Smarsh since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Staff Software Engineer at Micro Focus from September 2017 to February 2022. Before joining Micro Focus, they worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard / Hewlett-Packard Enterprise from October 2011 to September 2017. Mikhail was also a Principal Software Engineer at Iron Mountain Digital from January 2010 to October 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sr. Staff Software Engineer at Spirent Communications from 2000 to January 2010 and as a Senior System Engineer at PC Guardian from 1995 to 2000.

Mikhail Paley obtained their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University between 1980 and 1986.
