Nicki Greer has extensive experience in customer success and operational coordination, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager II at Smarsh since February 2021, following a progressive career in customer success roles. Prior to joining Smarsh, Nicki worked at Warner Pacific University for nearly nine years, starting as an Admission Office & Visit Coordinator and advancing to Enrollment Operations Coordinator, where responsibilities included implementing and managing the Admission CRM, Slate by Technolutions, and training various departments. Additional experience includes roles in hospitality and marketing, as well as internships related to student services and marketing.
