Thad Trapp

Thad Trapp has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Thad is currently working as the SVP Operations and Integration at Smarsh and also holds the role of Chief of Operations at SecureAuth Corporation. In the past, they have served as an Independent Consultant at K1 Investment Operations and held leadership positions at insightsoftware, Relias, Bridgepoint Education, College of Distance Education and Training, USMC, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, and Marine Forces Pacific. Thad has demonstrated expertise in operations, strategic planning, leadership development, and program management throughout their career.

Thad Trapp earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas from 1986 to 1989. Thad then obtained a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Acquisition Contracting from the Florida Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004. In the same period, they also acquired a PMP Certification in Acquisitions and Contracting from the Defense Acquisition University. Thad later attended the Air War College from 2010 to 2011. Thad earned a Masters degree in Operational Science from the Marine Corps School of Advanced Warfighting from 2004 to 2005, and also holds a Masters of Science degree in Operational Science from the Marine Command and Staff College. Thad has additional certifications in Situational Leadership Training, TS/SCI Clearance, National Incident Management System, DiSC Training, and Program Management Professional (PMP).
