Vinay Mehta

Vinay Mehta serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Smarsh since May 2023, leading the global engineering organization responsible for product development and hosting solutions in highly regulated sectors. Prior to this, Vinay held the position of Chief Technology and Information Officer at cxLoyalty from December 2014 to April 2023, where strategic technology initiatives supported the company's transition to digital marketing. Vinay's experience also includes serving as CIO at Paycor, where a successful SaaS model was implemented, and holding senior leadership roles at Convergys, overseeing extensive global development and product management operations. Vinay's early career included establishing a captive development center in India as Managing Director for Convergys Information Management India Pvt. Ltd. Vinay earned a BSBA in Information Systems and Quality Management from Xavier University.
