Elynna Yang is the Head of Business Services at Smart, leading a cross-functional team that focuses on data analysis, reporting, and operational excellence. Elynna previously served as a Customer Insights and Optimisation Manager at Smartshares, where they established the analytics function within the customer team. With experience spanning various financial services sectors, including roles as a consultant at Mosaic FSI and as an analyst at Planit Testing, Elynna is passionate about leveraging analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Elynna holds a BA/BE (Hons) in Economics and Computer Systems from the University of Auckland.
