With a rich history in the finance sector, Thom has also served as Country Lead and Director of Adviser & Institutional Business for BetaShares, Client Director at Smartshares Limited, and Managing Director at Remarkable Capital. Early career achievements include leadership roles at Pie Funds Management, Bentley Investment Services, Muzinich & Co, and Nomura Asset Management UK.
