Anthony Keene

Anthony Keene has worked as the Mathematics Department Head at St. Bernard's School since July 2017. Prior to that, they were the Chief Academic Officer and Co-Founder of Smart Alec starting in 2014. At Smart Alec, they focused on providing access to high-quality tutors through their app. Additionally, Anthony worked as the Owner of Syzygy Group Inc starting in 2005.

Anthony Keene's education history begins in 1989 when they attended New York University to pursue a field of study in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. Anthony completed their studies there in 1991. Afterward, they attended Columbia College, Columbia University from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Neuroscience. Following their undergraduate studies, Anthony Keene enrolled in the Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in 1998. Anthony focused on Pure Mathematics and completed their studies in 2001.
