Smart Communications currently services more than 100 facilities nationwide, ranging in size from 200 - 47,000 inmates. We service a wide range of facilities including county, parish, city and regional jails, and Department of Corrections. 

Founded in 2009, we are a family-owned business headquartered in Seminole, Fla. Smart Communications’ state-of-the-art facility is comprised of 15,000 square feet, with over half a million dollars in custom-designed mail processing equipment. Our facility is bio-metrically secured, climate controlled, and under 24-hour surveillance.
