Brian Lee

Brian Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian began their career as an Intern at Eaton Corporation in 2000. Brian then worked as a Systems Analyst Consultant at Affiliated Computer Services from 2001 to 2005. Following this, Brian joined Midland Credit Management as a Project Manager, where they managed strategic initiatives and led project teams from 2005 to 2009.

In 2009, Brian joined Thunderhead.com as a Professional Services Consultant and later transitioned to the roles of Solution Architect, Senior Solution Architect, and Principal Solutions Architect. Their work at Thunderhead.com involved providing enterprise solutions for customer experience management using the cloud-based ONE platform.

From 2015 to 2019, Brian worked at Intelledox, initially as a Technical Director and later as the VP of Technology. Intelledox specializes in digitalizing processes through smart forms, data integration, and digital transformation.

Currently, Brian is the VP of Technology for SmartIQ, North America, at Smart Communications. Smart Communications is a provider of a customer conversations management platform. Brian's role includes empowering global brands to have smarter conversations throughout the customer lifecycle, enabling efficiency and success in today's digital-focused world.

Brian Lee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
