Jo Sweet

Jo Sweet has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2000 as an Assistant HR Executive at Ciber Solutions Partners. Jo was responsible for divestiture and TUPE processes, redundancies, and providing advice to managers. Jo also handled recruitment, stock options, benefits administration, and work permits.

In 2002, Jo became an HR Manager at Vecta Software Corp Ltd, where they developed HR policies, implemented performance management processes, and introduced career development plans. Jo also managed overseas staff compensation and Visa requirements.

From 2007 to 2012, Jo served as an HR Director at Wall Street Systems, where they recruited 400 employees, facilitated post-acquisition integration, and implemented a successful career and skills development program.

Currently, Jo is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Smart Communications, a global provider of customer conversations management platform. Jo also held the position of Global HR Director since 2013.

Jo Sweet attended Solent University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science.
