Marco Meyer

Marco Meyer has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Marco is currently serving as the SVP Architecture at Smart Communications since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Assentis as the Chief Architect from February 2022 to October 2022 and as the CTO from February 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Assentis, Marco worked at Assentis Technologies AG for several years, where their roles included CTO - Chief Technology Officer from September 2019 to January 2021, Lead Software Architect from January 2014 to September 2019, and Team Head Software Development from July 2007 to January 2014.

Marco's earlier work experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at bmd wireless AG from January 2005 to June 2007.

Marco Meyer earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005. Marco also obtained the IASA CITA-Foundation certification from Iasa Global in December 2022.
