Nick Smith

Nick Smith is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as SVP International at Smart Communications since January 2020, Nick oversees a customer conversations management platform that enhances brand communication. Prior to this role, Nick was the Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand at Informatica, focusing on data management solutions from April 2016 to November 2019. Previously, Nick held the position of Managing Director - ANZ at Pitney Bowes and Head of Asia Pacific at Thunderhead.com. Additionally, Nick contributed to family engagement during a significant transition period post-migration to Australia. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Global Business from Melbourne Business School and an MSc in Sports Sciences from Brunel University of London.
