The ACCENT family of contact centers and other operating environment, start in 1993 in developing a 3rd party call center for major corporations throughout the midwest.  Begin with Sears and General Electric, the brand grew to service multiple global clients serving a wide range of industries.  ACCENT transitioned to a Contact Center Management and Investment Firm, offering services to current Contact Centers for Mergers and Acquisitions and development of new Contact Centers.
