Chris St Amand

Chris St Amand is the current Chief Technical Officer at Smart Data, a position they have held since November 2014.

Previously, Chris worked as the Director of Delivery at Smart Data from January 2008 to March 2012, where they were responsible for successful project delivery to clients. Chris also worked as a Senior Consultant/Team Lead at Imaginet from January 2008 to March 2012, where they led a team of up to 15 developers to successfully develop and deploy a full ground-up, net new application for a pet insurance company.

Chris has experience working with a wide variety of roles, including clients at all levels, PMs, DBAs, and analysts. Chris is skilled in C#, ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL Server. Chris is also knowledgeable in Agile methodologies.

Chris St Amand has a B.Sc. in Math from the University of Manitoba and a certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master. Chris also has a certification from Michael Management Corporation in IC0658 - ABAP for SAP Users.
