Mary Warren has extensive experience in project and client management, currently serving as the Client Services Director at Smart Design since November 2020, and previously holding the role of Senior Program Manager. As a Project Management Consultant from July 2019 to November 2020, Mary provided strategic project management services, overseeing research and design projects. At Motivate Design, contributions as a Program Manager included leading a cross-functional team to develop a research platform. Mary’s earlier roles encompassed customer service at Nordstrom, design strategy for Sesame Workshop and Panasonic, and various positions in marketing and public relations, complemented by a BBA in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design.
