Robert Wesley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robert started their career as a Sales representative at Top Source Automotive in 1995. In 1997, they joined Panasonic Automotive Systems as a Sr. Account Manager and worked there until 2006. At Panasonic, they played a pivotal role in managing key client accounts.

In 2006, Robert joined Robert Bosch, where they served as a Sales / Program Manager for the North American Car Multimedia division. Robert was instrumental in achieving double-digit growth with clients like General Motors and Nissan, and also led the launch of Bosch Navigation / Infotainment business in North America.

In 2014, Robert became the President of consulting and software product solutions at escrypt Inc., a company that later merged with ETAS. Robert's responsibilities included providing tailored eye tracking solutions to research clients in various industries such as automotive, aviation, aerospace, and medical.

From 1992 to 1995, Robert attended Michigan State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry.
