Felipe Bustamante

Felipe Bustamante is an experienced retail executive with a strong track record in operational leadership and profitability management. Currently serving as Director General at Smart and Final since September 2013, Felipe oversees all operational areas in self-service stores located in the northwest region of the country. Previously, Felipe held the title of Director General at Go Mart, leading 85 convenience stores and managing expansion efforts while directly reporting to the Chairman. Earlier roles include Director Regional Retail and Banco at Elektra, overseeing 60 stores and banks in three states, and Director General for Extra convenience stores at Grupo Modelo, handling 250 stores and leading significant expansion efforts. Felipe holds a Master's degree in Administration and Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
