Joseph Pearson

Joseph Pearson possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail and beverage industries. Currently serving as an Assistant District Manager at Smart & Final since September 2011, Joseph has progressed through various positions including Store Manager and Senior Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Joseph was the Sales Center Manager at Coca Cola High Country for a brief period, where responsibilities included managing sales, operations, and customer service. Joseph also held significant roles at Pepsi Bottling Group, first as a Territory Sales Manager, then as a Unit Sales Manager, and finally as a Merchandising Manager, all of which involved overseeing sales operations and team management. Joseph earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Quincy University and has furthered education at the University of Southern California.
