Lily Harada

Lily Harada has a strong background in human resources, with the majority of their work experience in this field. Lily is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Chedraui USA starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at Smart & Final, including Corporate Director of Human Resources and Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS. Lily started at Smart & Final in 1998 as a Senior Compensation Analyst and progressed to roles with increasing responsibility until 2005.

Lily Harada holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Southern California and a BS in International Business from California State University, Los Angeles. Lily has also obtained certifications including Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) from reputable institutions.
